Aftafa Jumper Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Aftafa Jumper and its related services (the “Application”) handle information. The Application is operated by Orik Studio (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
Platforms covered
This policy covers the Android version and any iOS version that may be released. Platform-specific services apply only when included in the version installed on your device.
Information provided directly to Orik Studio
The Application does not require an Aftafa Jumper account and does not ask you to enter your name, email address, phone number, or precise location during normal gameplay.
If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any information you choose to include. We use it to respond, provide support, protect our rights, or comply with law.
Information stored on your device
The Application may store progress, settings, virtual-currency balances, selected characters, purchase-processing state, and leaderboard score state locally on your device. Orik Studio does not operate a separate account server for this local game data.
You can normally remove local data by clearing the Application’s data in device settings or uninstalling it. Uninstalling does not necessarily remove information already processed by a third-party service.
Third-party services
The Application uses, or may use depending on platform, third-party services for advertising, platform sign-in, leaderboards, and in-app purchases:
- Google Play Services, Google Play Games Services, and Google Play Billing: may process platform-account identifiers, authentication information, leaderboard scores, purchase and transaction information, device information, and related service data. Orik Studio does not receive your Google password. Google Privacy Policy.
- Google AdMob: may process and share IP address, approximate location inferred from IP address, device or account identifiers, advertising identifiers where available, app and ad interactions, diagnostics, and performance information for advertising, measurement, analytics, security, and fraud prevention. - Apple services, if an iOS version is released: Apple Game Center, the App Store, and StoreKit may process Apple-account identifiers, leaderboard information, purchase information, device information, and related service data. See the Apple Privacy Policy.
Advertising and consent
The Application is supported by rewarded advertising. Depending on your region, age, device settings, and the advertising provider’s requirements, a consent or privacy-choice interface may be shown before personalized advertising or other non-essential processing is used.
You may also manage advertising identifiers and personalization through your device’s privacy or advertising settings. Available controls vary by country, device, and platform version.
Location and artificial intelligence
The Application does not request precise GPS location through its own gameplay code. AdMob may infer an approximate location from an IP address.
The Application does not use artificial-intelligence services to process personal data. Computer-controlled opponents and ordinary gameplay logic are game mechanics and are not used to profile users.
Why information is processed
- to provide gameplay, settings, leaderboards, and purchases;
- to display and measure advertising;
- to detect fraud, abuse, and invalid ad activity;
- to maintain security, reliability, and performance;
- to answer support and privacy questions; and
- to comply with legal obligations.
Legal bases
Where the GDPR or similar law applies, processing may rely on consent, performance of a contract, legitimate interests such as security and fraud prevention, or legal obligations. Where processing relies on consent, it may be withdrawn through an available privacy-choice interface, applicable device settings, or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.
Sharing and sale
Orik Studio does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Information may be transmitted to the providers listed above so they can provide advertising, platform, leaderboard, purchase, security, and measurement services. Some advertising disclosures may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under certain United States laws.
We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal process, protect users or the public, or investigate fraud or security incidents.
Data retention and deletion
Orik Studio does not operate an Aftafa Jumper user-account database and does not store gameplay progress on its own servers. Local game data remains on your device until it is overwritten, cleared through device settings, or removed when the Application is uninstalled.
If you contact Orik Studio by email, the correspondence may remain in the email account for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or comply with legal obligations.
You may request deletion of personal data directly controlled by Orik Studio, such as support correspondence, by emailing orxanb121@mail.ru. A deletion request may be limited or refused where retention is required or permitted by applicable law.
Google and Apple retain and control information processed through their services under their own privacy policies and account settings. Orik Studio cannot directly delete information controlled solely by those providers.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, applicable privacy law may give you rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability regarding personal data directly controlled by Orik Studio. To submit such a request, contact orxanb121@mail.ru.
Requests concerning information controlled solely by Google or Apple must be handled through the relevant provider’s account settings, privacy controls, or support channels.
California notice
California residents may have rights concerning information processed by third-party services, including certain rights related to advertising. Orik Studio does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Privacy choices for Google or Apple services should be managed through the relevant provider’s settings and controls.
Children’s privacy
Orik Studio does not knowingly request personal information directly from children through an Aftafa Jumper account or registration form. Users below the age at which they may legally consent to data processing in their country should use the Application only with a parent’s or guardian’s authorization where required by law.
If you believe a child has sent personal information directly to Orik Studio, contact us so we can review the issue.
International transfers and security
Google, Apple, and their providers may process information outside your country. Their privacy policies describe their safeguards. We use reasonable measures for the limited information under our control, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure.
Changes
We may update this policy when the Application, its SDKs, supported platforms, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be published at the same URL with a revised effective date.
